Provide personal details
Complete the digital onboarding form by entering the required fields, such as:
- Employment type
- Monthly income range
- Gender
- Father’s or legal guardian’s full name

Perform Aadhaar verification
Choose one of the following Aadhaar authentication methods:
- OTP-based verification: Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and validate it using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- DigiLocker authentication: Authenticate via DigiLocker to retrieve Aadhaar details.

Prepare for VKYC session
Ensure the following items are ready before initiating the session:
- Original PAN card
- Blank white paper and a pen
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, well-lit environment

Grant mandatory device permissions
Grant access to the following device-level features:
- Camera: Enables live video streaming
- Microphone: Facilitates two-way communication
- Location services: Verifies physical presence within India

Participate in video-based KYC with a live agent
Join the VKYC session. The system displays your queue position and estimated wait time.Once connected with the verification agent:
- Read aloud a system-generated 4-digit OTP for liveness detection
- Display your original PAN card clearly within the frame
- Align your face within the on-screen oval for facial recognition
- Respond to presence verification questions as instructed

Complete VKYC session for review
After the session, the VKYC data is marked as complete and sent for review.The evaluation includes the following:
- Video recording and session metadata
- Document clarity and authenticity
- Geolocation and system logs
- Agent notes, if applicable

Receive verification outcome
The final VKYC result is sent via SMS, email, or in-app notification. No further action is required unless instructed.
